Bottled under her Zen label, this is a stunning 15 year old Irish single malt whiskey. The nose is very green, pears apples with honeyed undertones. On the palate, warm tart with sour fruits, touches of sesame and nutmeg. Medium length with greens, liquorice and and white fruits.
