Oscar then took that fabric and made it pop even more with the addition of a flat braided gold metal thread ribbon that runs down the entire front of the dress, across the waist and has a flat bow to finish. The cording also has little knots of gold and colored rhinestones set on it for added glitter. The skirt cascades to the floor
